Santa Fe is also known as a mecca for the arts. Our world-famous opera runs from June through August, and Indian Market, Spanish Market, and International Folk Market are perennial favorites. And no trip to Santa Fe would be complete without a visit to one of our amazing restaurants. Enchiladas, burritos, rellenos, all smothered in red or green chile, or both ("Christmas"). Santa Fe's food scene is vibrant and diverse and is not to be missed.
